After being sick for 3 days, 4 nights and a "Okay.anything call me.i've never dialed 995 before.should be fun." sms (I love you brother, by the way), I've been staying up till 4+am and eating shizzle while watching TV shows. I finished The Big Bang Theory sans Season 1 because the links don't work *cryy* and now I'm hooked on How I Met Your Mother (I want Seasons 1, 2, 3 please!!!) Whenever I think about how deprived I am of these earlier seasons from now only The Big Bang Theory and HIMYM, I want to kryyy.

So anyway, I'VE BEEN SUCH A SLOB. Tonight for dinner, I ate baked rice, leftover pasta and a bowl of honeystars. AND I'M STILL HUNGRY. I WANT TO EAT THOSE INSTANT NOODLES IN MY PANTRY. I HOPE MY METABOLISM KEEPS WORKING OKAY MUST MUST. Especially since piquantplay , ourlastdivide and I are hitting Malaysiaa together next Friday yess I am excited!! I am unbelievably excited for Malaysiaa and Melbournnne MY HOLZ LOOK HAPPY TO MEE :)

I'm still hungry. And those kimchi instant noodles in the pantry are calling out to me.

And I'm close to paying someone to change my mood theme for me because I'm too lazy.

Also also also, GREEN DAY WITH BAOBI, THE KILLERS WITH SALLY, MUSE WITH MARISSA. 2010 IS TURNING OUT TO BE SO AWESOME. Pity I can't go for The Yeah Yeah Yeahs and I heard Lenka's coming to town but I have no time or money or that big of an interest but Singapore's really putting herself on the map yayy!

I realise that I should stop posting about gigs and more about my life~~ because not everyone has Baobi or Bernice or Wanhui on their flists. (Herro, sister :))

Anyway, I missed out on clique sleepover, yes IT WAS FABULOUS. WE SWAM, WE BROKE MARISSA'S FLOAT (SORRY BAHBEE), WE ATE JUNK FOOD AND AND AND WE TAUGHT MARISSA HOW TO USE HER ELECTRIC KETTLE :D

FAM was last night and it was fabulous. Everyone looked gorgeous! Sam Seah wore Doc (friggin') Martens, Yi-Min looked absolutely stunning, Baobi's cleavage was sooo tempting and mysterious, Marissa's heels and legs were so hot and I wanted to steal them (her heels) so bad and get Hermione Granger to shrink them to the right size for me, Bernice had awesome make up and her dress was slipping low low low low, Wanhui looked hot in her back up dress and I'm still in love with her hairstyle and wish that I had long hair, Joni Khoo was hot and sexy as usual (I worship your legs, darling), AND I WILL STOP NOW BECAUSE THIS IS TOO LONG A RUN ON SENTENCE BUT SUFFICE TO SAY, EVERYONE LOOKED SEKSI TTM.

Basically we were late for our own prom because Wanhui's hairstylist took super long and we quite literally ran from Far East to the Four Season and got ticked off by some Hilton staff. We started make up at 6pm and were cursing and swearing so loudly. When Bernice and Marissa came back, there was even more cursing and swearing when we couldn't find Bernice's purse with our prom tickets. Then some guy came and told us to keep it down so there was a lot of hushed cursing while we dashed around trying to zip up Wanhui's errant dress (she wore her back up dress in the end, but she still looked hottt) and arrange with Baobi to get her changed (she was still stuck at Shaw at 6.25pm).

When we were finally done, we half ran, stumbled, laughed hysterically our way to the Hilton where we realised that there was a delay so we weren't late. Huzzah! The event eventually degenerated into a phototaking anarchy and even though I really wanted to dance around to Katy Perry, I was caught up in phototaking so ): But I love the photographs! I just wish I had the DSLR because the lighting in the ballroom wasn't very good for the compact camera ): I left my spare batteries in the hotel room so Bernice gave me hers and we're sharing photographs. She uploaded the photographs, leaving out those with my friends and batchmates (thank you sweetheart haha) so I'll double upload but I won't double tag :)

After FAM, we decided to be brave heroins and walk back to the Four Seasons in our heels. We survived! We deserve a prize. I munched on some e-fu noodles that I chucked into a ziplock bag Marissa brought heh. Hardly anyone ate the noodles! And I was totally liable to get hungry! We went to Macs to nomnom on ice cream where we met 2 other groups of post-prom chickssss. On our way to Macs, Angie was such a cute paparazzi and entertaining Bernice and I who totally jumped in front of her awesome camera hahahaha. Baobi and Marissa KO-ed pretty fast and even though I was still pretty peppy, Wanhui and I couldn't think of anything exciting (that would not have a possibility of awkward) to do so I just slept.

Woke up this morning realising that I was the last to wake up and Baobi, Bernice and Marissa had gone for the buffet breakfast and were watching Amazing Race. One of the contestants' annoying voice woke me. Bernice, Wanhui and I had every intention to watch A Christmas Carol 3D but I think they were lazy in the end (hahahahaha) plus I was lazy to change out anyway so we just bummed at Wanhui's house watching The Prestige before I had to MRT 20 stops to Tampines to my grammawmaw's.

I'm watching The Big Bang Theory right now. Anyone with links for Season 1, I will love you forever because Sidereel is being a crazy bitch and the links don't work for me ):

I was freaking out this morning because I received a text at around 9.40am telling me that the 68$ and 128$ tickets were sold out. I was out at my dermatologist so naturally I panicked like crazy because phone lines only opened at 10am and I reeally wanted to get my 168$ tickets and I swore to my friend that if I didn't get tickets for Muse, I will cry. I will bawl my eyes out, I will refuse to eat for days because I have waited almost. 3/4. bloody. years.

At 10am on the dot, I called. The line wasn't open.

At 10.01am, I called again. The line wasn't open yet. By now, I was ready to cry in the middle of the waiting room.

At 10.02am, I called again. The line still wasn't open and I was ready to send a raging sms to my friend.

At 10.03am, I called again. AND HALLELUJAH THE NICEST MOST WONDERFUL GIRL PICKED UP THE PHONE. SHE MAY HAVE EVENTUALLY SPELT MY NAME WRONGLY ON THE TICKETS BUT WHATEVER I PICKED THEM UP THIS MORNING AND I'M GOING TO PUT THEM UNDER MY PILLOW TONIGHT SO THAT NO ONE CAN STEAL THEM. Naturally, I tweeted my ass off.

SO PSYCHED, I LOVE MARISSA LUMLUM FOR COMING WITH ME.

I really hope Dominic James Howard sexybeast wears coloured pants. Preferable the red or green ones. They're hot.

Today marks the last birthday of the sisterhood (of insanity) and I realise that I have an overwhelming urge to post (relatively) unglamorous photographs to mark everyone's birthdays this year - the 16th year is supposed to be an especially remarkable birthday to celebrate!  But since today is Marissa's birthday, I shan't be mean (plus I am unable to find an unglamorous photograph of you D:) so you're nice and pretty and big hahahahaha!

Ohmygosh I am so excited.  Best part is that they're at the beginning of my J1 year so I can kinda afford the time (:  Now for All Time Low to come and complete our lives (Justice or any of my electronica favs will make my life 75% complete).

When darling Baobi first showed the first tweet to me, I took off screaming, "WHERE'S MY PHONE WHERE'S MY PHONE OHMYGOSH" in class.  Then things got a bit vulgar after that and I resisted the urge to cry because I have been waiting 4 BLOODY YEARS for them to come back and now they are coming back and I was just so overcome by emotion.  Call me crazy, but it's imagine how Evangeline, Lisa, Joni and all their DBSK crazy fans would react if DBSK were to come to Singapore.  I imagine it will be anarchy in school while they scream, cry and squeal themselves, and probably a few innocent bystanders might be caught in friendly fire but seeeee I'm not that bad!  My phone bore the brunt of it as I spammed my friends and my twitter.

After days of falling sick and then having to catch up on work, I finally decided to take a couple of hours off and catch up on one of my old loves: So You Think You Can Dance (Season 6).  I don't think I've ever seen Nigel Lythgoe scream in unison with Mary Murphy as loud as he did in this episode hahahaha!  I'm definitely going to watch this over and over again just for the laughs.  I NEED TO GIF THIS EPISODE, SOMEONE TEACH ME HOW TO MAKE GIFS PLEEEASE.

AND HAVE I MENTIONED HOW PSYCHED I AM THAT THERE ARE THREE TAPPERS AMONGST THE TOP 20 THIS SEASON.  I'm just staring at my screen in absolute shock at their amaaazing tapping they're all so clear and sharp this is just *jaw drop*.  Officially in love with this season.

Oh to study History.

So I've been sick since Wednesday, missed 2 days of school but I still went back in the afternoons for Service Learning.  One thing lovely about being sick is that you lose your appetite so you don't eat as much and hence you are skinnyyy.  My friends with ano tendencies have successfully penetrated my mind argh.  Because seriously, that was the last thing I thought about last night before I drifted into a Panamol-induced coma.  But my weight has dropped, which is dandy, but I happen to want to gain weight so that vampires won't have to kill people I can save live.

Of course, I am Ruifen so I definitely need to eat (the girl who can eat 2.5 bowls of her gramma's delicious macaroni in one sitting -  I swear she drugs it or something!).  So I've been survivine on... let's see: about 3/4 of a bottle of ginger beer, half a bowl of macaroni, 1/3 of a packet of rice, 2 sips of Coke, copious amounts of M&Ms, porridge, a doughnut, and lots of water (yes, Baobi I have been uhh imbibing liquids).  Oh oh not to forget Panamol pills!

I feel hungry thinking of just how little food I have consumed over the past 3 days but once I think of food, my appetite reminds my brain that I do not feel like eating.  So I don't eat.  Oh dear.  I can't wait to get my appetite back because that bottle of Coke in my fridge is calling out to me.  And Hersheys too.

One sign that I'm getting better: I can stare at my computer screen without getting a throbbing headache! 8D

Which means that I can finally read MLIA again.  Which means that my next post is going to be an MLIA post.  Evangeline, bring up your MLIA page now.

If this turns out to be some prank, I'll feel very sad because I think this is very very sweet.

The night before last, Baobi and I had an epic comment conversation on Facebook started when I was wtf-ing about the immense amount of Metro Station in a quiz that she took and then we somehow turned to Singfest 2007 and we began shaking and crying about how much we missed it.

So yesterday, Bernice, Wanhui and I decided to go donate blood at HSA.  Even though I was apprehensive about the needle (like Wanhui was), I was more pscyhed about it as I've never donated blood before.

Today, Bernice and I went to watch My Sister's Keeper which was an absolute cryfest.  I quite love that show although the ending was a tad abrupt.

In other news, my dad finally is getting down to booking accomodation and I am getting so unbelievably psyched for Melbourne at the end of the yearrr!!

Well since I don't have the DSLR and people around do have them, I actually have to learn to wait for people to upload photographs and it takes getting used to :o (i.e. Hello, Wanhui.  Oh damn, I should have stolen the orginals from your SD card yesterday.)

Anyway, a quick recap for old time's sake, this weekend that is fast approaching its end has been a wonderful 2 days :)
